Our team and collaborators have developed training materials and tipsheets to help guide the care manager in their role.
The training modules are organized into basic training and advanced training. It is recommended that care managers first complete the basic training modules before advancing to the advanced training modules. Training topics are accompanied by a summary tip sheet, slide deck, video, and links to additional resources.
